1993: Capricorn Moon opens! Retail store in Petoskey with readings, psychic fairs, crystal balls, incense, etc. Lots of public education on alternative spiritual quest, especially Western/Celtic thought.

2005: Sally comes to your house by appointment for readings and to public speaking gigs.

2011: The Rest Nest is born! An ala carte, full service vacation cottage, where folks can come for rejuvenation and renewal, based on a stay steeped in pleasurable surroundings, access to Mother Nature, and encouragement to relax and internally reflect.

Stay for an afternoon to a week or so, get a massage, walk in the woods, sit by lovely Lake Charlevoix at historic Horton Bay where Ernest Hemingway used to fish as a boy. Choose from a large variety of services that will customize your vacation to your specific wants and desires. We will cater your party if you wish. You may have one-on-one instruction on a variety of life enhancing and cosmic topics. You may like to be entertained. You call the shots - we are here to offer and assist your spiritual expression. If you'd rather just be left alone, so be it!

Ideally set amongst nature, yet convenient to Boyne City, Charlevoix and Petoskey, we have the aura of "miles from nowhere" as well as access to all the enjoyable activities associated with beautiful Northern Michigan.

For hardly more than the cost of a motel stay, The Rest Nest sleeps up to four, and can gather up to forty-four.
